With a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Joey leads with a people-first mindset focusing on collaboration, clear communication, and empowering her team to navigate complexity with confidence. Her ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve strategically, and lead with both clarity and heart has been instrumental in guiding A-mazing Events through sustained growth and change.
