A-mazing Events is thrilled to announce three new additions to their team: Alex Shannon, Eden Protheroe, and Jen Verstegen, who bring energy, expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences, reinforcing A-mazing Events’ reputation as a leader in event management services.
Alex Shannon joins as a Project Coordinator, assisting in the execution of our clients’ event vision and direction. She’ll be involved in every phase—from pre-planning and research to day-of coordination and post-event wrap-up—ensuring each event is flawlessly executed. In the Organizational Management Division, Alex will oversee the smooth, day-to-day operations of multiple client accounts, ensuring projects stay on track and clients receive exceptional support.
Eden Protheroe brings her own unique strengths to the Project Coordinator role, and we’re looking forward to seeing her creativity and organizational skills shine as she supports our team and clients through every stage of the event process. She will also ensure projects stay on track and clients receive exceptional support within our Organizational Management division.
Jen Verstegen joins as an Event Support & Logistics Specialist, playing an essential role on the operations team. She oversees warehouse logistics – including organization, inventory management, packing equipment and materials – and provides hands on support at events. Jen’s attention to detail ensures our team is well equipped and every event is ready to shine.
