Known for her strong attention to detail and thoughtful planning style, she ensures each project stays organized, on schedule, and aligned with the client’s vision. Her collaborative approach and clear communication help create an environment where teams, partners, and clients work together to deliver successful events.

Erica holds a Bachelor of Education from St. Norbert College, bringing a thoughtful, people-centered mindset to every interaction. She began her career with A-mazing Events as an Event Coordinator and quickly grew into a Project Manager role. Erica is known for building strong client relationships while supporting her team in delivering exceptional event experiences.
